Well, I'm back...sort of. Before I left, I had revised my decision to quit for good, as I knew that wasn't going to work anyway, and I'd miss my balloongirls too much, but this is more of a gradual dipping my toe back in to the water at the moment. There'll be a few more new pictures, but until I write the sequel to Pneumataclysm 2, and release my balloongirl world from the frozen limbo it was left at, any new pics will be set before the events of that story...I won't feel I'm properly back until I've freed my balloongirl world from the frozen limbo it's currently in! Not that everyone is going to be bothered about my complicated plotting, of course, but it matters to me :)

What next for Pneumaticchick and her balloongirls? Anyone who's had time to read 'Pneumataclysm 2' (sorry it's so long, but it is the culmination of lots of story fragments and threads I've had stewing in my cluttered mind for years) will know that my Balloongirl Universe is currently in a frozen state, albeit one in which lots of balloongals have been resurrected (thanks to Stella, RIP). The next thing will be an extended break, so I can hopefully sort myself out, probably until some time next year. I had planned to retire completely, and leave my characters all exploded for good, but it became clear to my other half that a permanent stop was never going to work; however, things need to get back into some sort of balance - lockdown and the amount of time I began to spend on art, and especially videos, during it almost wrecked my homelife...anyway, amicable agreement has been reached and "Pneumaticchick" will not be popping off forever, unless I finally sit on a pin or something.
